How to sign & circulate petitions

Thank you for helping us regain local control in Michigan! You’re the key to winning this battle and making every signature count so please follow the below instructions:

To wrap up the petition:

  • Make certain that all sections have been completed.
  • Ditto marks are not acceptable.
  • Petition forms are acceptable with at least one, but no more than 12 signatures.
  • Yes, you can both sign and circulate a petition form.
  • No, you cannot sign for your parent, grandparent, etc.
  • When completed, please mail petitions to: Citizens for Local Choice P.O. Box 14309 Lansing, MI 48901

Contact your County Captain

County captains have petitions on hand for both their own circulating and for volunteers to pick up. Please contact them directly to arrange pick up or drop off of petitions. Find your county captain here.

  • Monday: 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
  • Thursday: 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

What do I do with completed petitions?

Please return completed petitions to our office at MRG or to your county captain. You may do so by mailing them or dropping them off in person.
