UPPER MICHIGAN, Mich. (WLUC) - The decision of who is responsible for approving large-scale solar and wind projects could appear before voters in November.
The group Citizens for Local Choice hopes to overturn zoning rules that give the state control over approving renewable energy projects. These changes were part of the energy package passed last year.
